動画配信者グループ・コズミックと、ファンの域を超えて彼らに恋愛感情を抱く女性たちの“ガチ恋”を描いた作品。

本作の主人公は、青春時代を過ごした銀平町に一文無しで帰ってきたさすらいの映画監督・近藤。彼はひょんなことから映画好きなホームレスの佐藤や、商店街の一角にある映画館・銀平スカラ座の支配人と出会い、アルバイトを始める。そして個性豊かな常連客たちとの出会いを経て、かつての自分と向き合うさまが描かれる。

Haru, a struggling magazine editor, meets the painter Toru during research for one of her articles. Toru is autistic and straightforward in expressing his thoughts. Haru is drawn to his honesty, and a deep emotional bond forms between the two despite their different personalities.
